Too Many Projects...

(A "Websites by Members" Example & Guide)

About Me

Here is where you might want to put something about your Model Engineering interests, how long you have been an HMEC member, or how you became interested in the hobby. If you have given your website a snappy title, you might want to mention your name here, although other personal details (especially address or phone #) are best not revealed.  A picture with you in it is good, especially if you are not in any of the other pictures on your website.

Some of My Projects

Everybody likes to see what you have built and what you are working on. This is a great place to show projects that don't lend themselves to bringing in to the club meeting - too big, or maybe too dangerous!

A nice caption helps visitors figure out your pictures.                 Even if they seem obvious to you.

My Shop

Giving a quick tour of your shop for the club is much easier via website than by inviting everyone over!  Some pictures of your shop here can be very handy to refer to when explaining how you built your project during "show & tell" at a club meeting.

Portraits of your machines are always interesting to see.                                         Especially if they are unusual in some way.

Related Stuff

Who knows what you may have that you would like to tell the model engineering world about?  The hobby covers so much ground, and club members have both a wide range of interests and demonstrated curiosity  in anything technical.  If you have something way off topic, you could always make a second web page just to feature it.
